Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. The build is a one-time project with an end date, and everything after it runs month to month. If it stops working for you, you stop.
Who owns the website and the customer list?
You do. The domain, the site, the ad account, the Google profile, the brand files, and every customer record sit in your name from day one. Nothing is held hostage if you leave.
What if I already have a website?
The first thing that happens is an audit of what you have. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild, sometimes it's fixing the three things stopping the current site from booking work. You get the honest version either way.
How much of my time does this take?
One conversation to map how customers reach you today, and one round of feedback before the site goes live. After that the system runs without you — that is the entire point of it.
How fast does anything actually change?
The website and online booking are live by day ten. Ads are running against a cost per booked job by day twenty. The full system, P&L included, is in place by day thirty.
Do you only work with businesses near Carlsbad?
TT is based in Carlsbad and works with owner-operated businesses across California. The calls, the build, and the monthly reporting are all remote, so nobody has to drive anywhere for it.
My business isn't on your list — does that matter?
The twelve sectors named above are the shape TT knows best: small, high-ticket, appointment-driven, and owner-run. If yours looks like that, the system fits whether or not it's listed. If it doesn't, we'll say so on the call rather than sell you something that won't work.
What happens on the first call?
Twenty minutes, no deck. You describe how work reaches you now and where it leaks, and we tell you what we would build first, in what order, and what it would take. No obligation attached to it.
